Mindful Feedback offers Neurofeedback and Psychotherapy to optimize personal levels of functioning. Neurofeedback is often referred to as EEG Biofeedback or brain wave training. The brain affects all aspects of physical and mental functioning. At Mindful Feedback neurofeedback is used as a tool to address underlying neuropsychological functions by increasing the self-regulatory capacities of the brain. Underlying functional problems that could be addressed by neurofeedback include problems with memory, concentration, focus, clarity of thought, hyperactivity, sleep disturbances, anxiety, sadness, pain, anger, stress, and fatigue. Conditions that have benefited from neurofeedback include anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addictions, and dependencies.

Neurofeedback treatment begins with a Quantitative Electroencephalogram (QEEG) assessment of brain waves, using a cap placed on the head. Training parameters are then set based on the QEEG assessment. EEG neurofeedback, also known as EEG (electroencephalogram) biofeedback, is then provided. EEG neurofeedback a safe, non-invasive, painless learning procedure used to improve focus, calmness and self-regulation. The brainwave feedback shows which parts of the brain are overactive or under active. EEG sessions consist of training these waves while engaging in tasks on a computer screen.

Neurofeedback can be taken in conjunction with psychotherapy or alone.
